Four times a year, we host a conference for aspiring crèche teachers. Most of them, having never finished grade school themselves, feel unprepared to lead a classroom full of students. But, over five days, they gain the tools and confidence they need to succeed. We teach them how to keep students engaged, plan and tailor lessons by age, and make materials out of basic items.
